Jo McKinstrie
REALTOR
®

As an agent, my journey into real estate began back in 2004 when my husband and I purchased our first home. That experience ignited a passion within me for helping others navigate the world of real estate. While living in the Arctic, I delved into property management and became well-versed in the intricacies of mortgages and lending during my tenure as an assistant branch manager at a bank.

Upon relocating to Terrace, I continued to cultivate my love for housing and assisting people in finding their perfect homes. Despite not being able to pursue real estate at the time, I seized every opportunity to expand my knowledge, particularly in investing and property management.

Then, fate brought us to Cranbrook, a place that instantly felt like home. Here, I finally realized my dream of becoming a real estate agent. With a strong background in customer service and a genuine desire to help people, I thrive on guiding clients through every aspect of the real estate journey. Whether it’s finding the ideal property, negotiating transactions, or providing support during challenging times, I am committed to ensuring a smooth and fulfilling experience for all my clients. In Cranbrook, surrounded by a vibrant community and endless outdoor opportunities, I am grateful to be doing what I love most – helping people make their real estate dreams a reality.
